Clay is mouldable earth, the primordial raw material of life.

Working with clay connects us with our unconscious and allows our fingers to create shapes that we have not planned: Shapes of our inner self. Clay is soft and pliable and responds to the slightest movement. Touching clay sometimes feels like touching our own origins.

This weekend will focus on tips and information for leading "Biodanza with clay" workshops. The element is regressive in itself. And so there are a number of important criteria for Biodanza teachers. Please bring a swimsuit/bikini/swimsuit again.

The Hellenikon Iyllion seminar house is located on the Peloponnese, right by the sea. It is a natural paradise, a beautiful huge garden with a tropical flair that invites you to linger, dance and enjoy. Spread across a large area are a number of bungalows where we will be staying. We will dance on concert stages or on the lawns, perhaps even on the beach. It is a paradise: all rooms have a terrace with sea views.
In this environment, it is easy to reconnect with the fullness of life.
Relaxation comes naturally. And when the desire for adventure returns, there are also a wealth of archaeological sites to visit. This Biodanza holiday is addictive. Experiencing vitality and abundance, combined with sensuality, creativity and the fulfilment of the longing to be involved in encounters of openness and acceptance – that is Biodanza.
Biodanza, a form of lively pedagogy for feeling and experiencing oneself in encounters with oneself, other people and the totality (cosmos), was developed in Chile in the 1960s by psychologist and anthropologist Rolando Toro. This week provides an insight into the richness of the Biodanza experience and opens up new perspectives on life.

Every day we dance once or twice (in the morning and/or evening). Depending on the wishes of the group, we go on hikes or excursions, thus expanding the Biodanza programme.
The impressions of this stay, including our dances, will inspire us, allow us to ‘draw from the full’ again and experience the fullness of life as a magic that is always there.

Every birth is a miracle - a new life emerges and wants to unfold. At the same time, birth is a great challenge for parents and child. The newborn leaves the protective and warming environment of the womb and breathes independently for the first time. The parents are confronted with many new tasks in order to care for the baby in the best possible way. Each of us has experienced birth differently.

And this experience of birth has a formative effect on the rest of our lives and the way we deal with different situations. Traumatic situations immediately before, during or after birth can therefore have a stressful effect on our everyday life today. Unconsciously, the adult carries on the emotional wound of the child.

Through rituals of rebirth, we enter into resonance with the origin of the trauma and from there strike a new, self-chosen path: a path towards more freedom, optimism and joy of life.
In doing so, we initiate a paradigm shift in our lives. We gain a new perspective on ourselves and the world.  "Choosing life instead of nourishing death," says Rolando Toro, meaning replacing the constant mourning of the past with living now!

This training qualifies Biodanza teachers to lead the workshop "The Identity and the Four Elements", a special workshop of balancing life energies. Identity and the Four Elements is based on the power of transformation through experiencing and enables participants to restore their balance in life through an individual dance.
The training includes learning the basics of reading the movement to recognise the suppressed element, choosing music and a dance for each participant. The training has a duration of two modules. A prerequisite is the participation in an experience weekend of Biodanza and the four elements.

This first module is primarily about experiencing the different qualities of the elements and the musical semantics.

The aims of this module are:
Awakening the passion of fire and enthusiasm for life.
To awaken security, self-esteem and purposefulness
To discover imagination, creativity and inspiration
Strengthen the ability to adapt, be flexible and flow
Experiencing vitality

Aqua-Biodanza is a soft and a touching form of Biodanza, which is realized in a small group in water with a temperature of about 35-36°C. Water is the element, in which we moved before our birth for nine months. In this state we will return with Biodanza very softly and experience moments of peace and serenity.

On Friday we'll begin to dance "on earth" and then on saturday we will aproximate softly to water and entrus ourselves gradually to its peculiarities. We will abandone ourselves to the element, let us flote and feel the adatablity of water, its power and the possbility to be without gravity.

Aqua-Biodanza raises the basic mood and possesses special anti-Stress-efects, then the somatic nervous system is reinforced, relax is being promoted and the function of the adrenal glands is affected positivly. Our entire skin is in contact with water, soft movements and touches from other persons in this element give us the feeling of well being and pleasure.

Aqua-Biodanza auses a process of "slowdown" of our rythm. With the support of a partner we can flow into prenatal time, in a soft trance, enter in contact with our origin and concect ourselves with our very own essence. This leads on organic level to regeneration of the cells, on psychological level to dissolution of motoric tensions, anxiety and to enlargement of the capacity of selfhealing. On existencial level Aqua-Biodanza leads to a global feeling of harmony with life and a sensation "to be newborn".

The number of participants is limited. Please bring swimming cloth, slippers and a big towel, and  a light lunch for the pause at noon.

Biodanza in a beautiful environment in the style of a small family.

Often we are in conference centres and have to pay relatively high costs. This time I would like to propose a trip with Biodanza where we cater for ourselves and organise the day together. It is possible to go to the beach or doze by the pool, read or go hiking. What unites us all are the Biodanza sessions and having breakfast and dinner together.I was so fine the last year, so that we will spend another time her ein this Supervilla.

The week will allow us to totally relax, to dance lively or loosely, to find ourselves again and to experience ourselves in all our intensity. Being in harmony with yourself, with others and with the universe - that's what we all want. These holidays offer you the opportunity to set a starting point for this and possibly live with more self-care and contentment afterwards...

The house is fantastic, has 6 rooms and four bathrooms, several places to eat and relax indoors and outdoors, a pool with sunbeds, a large space outside for dancing, and the beach is also very close (4 minutes by car). The cost of the accommodation is 270 euros per person per week. We share the cost of food and any travelling expenses.
Here we can get the feeling that we are in control of our own lives: Connection with the essentials, enjoyment and joie de vivre.

We can also organise our own transport to and from the destination or fly (Faro airport).
