Biodanza means to dance life ...

Aqua-Biodanza is a soft and a touching form of Biodanza, which is realized in a small group in water with a temperature of about 35-36°C. Water is the element, in which we moved before our birth for nine months. In this state we will return with Biodanza very softly and experience moments of peace and serenity.

On Friday we'll begin to dance "on earth" and then on saturday we will aproximate softly to water and entrus ourselves gradually to its peculiarities. We will abandone ourselves to the element, let us flote and feel the adatablity of water, its power and the possbility to be without gravity.

Aqua-Biodanza raises the basic mood and possesses special anti-Stress-efects, then the somatic nervous system is reinforced, relax is being promoted and the function of the adrenal glands is affected positivly. Our entire skin is in contact with water, soft movements and touches from other persons in this element give us the feeling of well being and pleasure.

Aqua-Biodanza auses a process of "slowdown" of our rythm. With the support of a partner we can flow into prenatal time, in a soft trance, enter in contact with our origin and concect ourselves with our very own essence. This leads on organic level to regeneration of the cells, on psychological level to dissolution of motoric tensions, anxiety and to enlargement of the capacity of selfhealing. On existencial level Aqua-Biodanza leads to a global feeling of harmony with life and a sensation "to be newborn".

The number of participants is limited. Please bring swimming cloth, slippers and a big towel, and  a light lunch for the pause at noon.

he Minotaur, a mythical creature with a human body and the head of a bull, symbolises in Biodanza the wild, instinctive aspect that lives in us as a primal force.

He stands for our fears - he is, after all, a "scary" monster that we try to hide. But fears that we suppress manifest themselves in spite of everything. They "want" to be seen; only then is it possible to overcome them. We do this in wonderful rituals that uncover our original power.

This is how fear is transformed into courage.

The Minotaur Project represents a work of transformation in Biodanza. Its methodology allows a deep access to our identity and a more fulfilling life by overcoming inner blockages. Based on Greek mythology, Rolando Toro created a ritual path to ourselves: deep and powerful.

The labyrinth is an archetypal metaphor for our existence, whose various paths and curves symbolise the doubts and mysteries on our life's journey. The Minotaur is a creature of Greek myth with a human body and the head of a bull; in Biodanza it symbolises the wild, instinctive aspect that lives as a primal force within us. This Minotaur in us is deeply wounded by cultural influences. Our instinctive roots and power are trapped by cultural fears.

The aim of the Minotaur Project is to re-establish contact with this primal force, to free our inner Minotaur, to accept it and to appreciate its beauty and power. Our fear of this force shows itself in various fears in everyday life: fear of going through life, fear of being abandoned, fear of losing one's boundaries, fear of being cheated on, fear of death, etc.

Through individual rituals (challenges) we face our fears and experience their transformation into courage. The encounter with the crisis in our own lives leads to our existential liberation.

The Minotaur Project requires previous knowledge of Biodanza and is a deepening of one's own experience.

Each one of us is on his or her journey of life, each one is a hero's journey.
It is characterised by types of arms that are very familiar to us. We dance these in this workshop. It is a journey to yourself.

We are all heroes on our personal journeys through life. On our journeys as human beings we encounter challenges, big and small, that make us grow as individuals, that bring out our potential more and more, that teach us the mysteries of the universe and the meaning of our role in it. But how do we meet these challenges? There is this vibrant part of us that wants to grow, to make something of our lives, that seeks expansiveness and creativity, that says yes to adventure and the uncertain. And there is another part, the one that is afraid, that would rather not tackle things, the one that has settled down and come to terms. The part that says "but!" or asks "why?

Biodanza lets us experience that everything has its meaning, and that every phase in life lets us mature and grow. Experiencing the beauty of this process is the goal of this workshop. We realise dances in space and in nature - a piece of holiday in the middle of the wildness of nature in the Eifel.

In 5th of August  the group is open. After this the group is closed.

After trying out the participants decide for a semester: January - July or August - December (monthly fee). The group is continuous. Please pay by standing order.
